All the women are pretty in Mid-City but that’s not why it’s my favorite New Orleans neighborhood. I like Mid-City because it’s the heart of New Orleans. I don’t have a picture of one of the signs that demarcate the Mid-City neighborhood. I meant to take one today, but one thing led to another and I went off in another direction. The most valuable ship in the world is friendship. That’s what Mid-City in New Orleans is made of. Friendship is what Mid-City in New Orleans is all about. Just ask this guy:

Saturday, July 28, 2018:. I could tell you a lot of stories about what I encountered today in Mid-City, all of them wonderful. I’m going to keep this installment short, though. In a New Orleans state of mind, everything and anything is possible in every good way. À votre santé.
