December in New Orleans is magical, the way every time in New Orleans is magical, but it’s more so this time of year because no one really comes for Christmas in New Orleans.  Don’t ask me why.  It’s beautiful.  The city is all lit up.  The weather is nicer than wherever you live.  New Orleanians will be bundled up as soon as the mercury drops below 70 but people from out of town will be walking around in tee shirts and shorts.  Write New Orleans adventure.  Show up.

Every month in New Orleans is magical.  We’re here for you in New Orleans.  We are here to share what it’s like to live in this wonderful city we call home.  I live in New Orleans.  When you visit, you should visit like you live here, too.  There are pleasant surprises around every corner in New Orleans, even if you know what to expect.  All of New Orleans is good.  New Orleans is like nowhere else on God’s green and blue earth.  The real New Orleans is here for you.
