New Orleans is the northernmost Caribbean city, not only because of lifestyle and climate - it is because New Orleans is linked to the sea. In New Orleans, if we see food, we eat it. If wishes were fishes we would all eat like kings. Our neighborhood abounds with Creole cuisine.

This is a very large suite that overlooks Esplanade Avenue, nestled among the live oaks that line the street. The French-style private bath is equipped with an antique cast-iron clawfoot tub that has a shower head. The balcony holds a small cafe table and two chairs - a nice respite from the French Quarter, and just the spot for a preprandial glass of wine. Turn on the fairy lights wound through the iron work, and you'll really feel like you're in a different world. You will be in a different world: you'll be in New Orleans.

When New Orleans is your oyster, you are the pearl. Cast your net and catch a wish. What should we do today?
