La Belle Esplanade is a unique place with lots of personality, just like Melanie, my wife, and myself! The house was built in the 1890s and is full of character, with colorful walls, funky decor, and a welcoming warmth that’s so rare to find these days in hospitality.

We warned you—La Belle Esplanade is unique! To ensure the best experience for each of our guests, we only offer five suites: Les Fleurs, Clio, Les Pêches, La France, and Le Pelican. Limiting our rooms allows us to spend quality time with you and not rush away service.
Each of our rooms boasts its own atmosphere and decor, striking the perfect balance between the old charm of New Orleans and whimsical magic of its spirit.
